A monumental presence.

A photographic project documenting Andrea Roggi’s monumental sculpture within the park of Villa Pisani in Stra.

Standing approximately eight metres high, Ápeiron returns to Villa Pisani after its exhibition in Paris, becoming part of a wider artistic route across the villas of the Riviera del Brenta.

Preparation / 01

Preparing at Villa Pisani

Giacomo Roggi’s site visit begins the preparation for documenting Ápeiron in the park of Villa Pisani in Stra. Back in the studio, the team sets the creative direction for a sculpture approximately eight metres high within a historic landscape.

We assess and prepare the equipment for photography, film and social coverage. The work’s scale and its setting provide the context for the service.

On location / 02

The park around the work

On arrival, we photograph and film the surroundings and the life of the place. This coverage situates Ápeiron at Villa Pisani, where it returns after its exhibition in Paris as part of a wider artistic route across the villas of the Riviera del Brenta.

Installation / 03

Following the monumental installation

Once installation begins, Francesco Adreani records the work on video while Giulia Bidi captures vertical footage. Giacomo Roggi directs the coverage and takes photographs.

The installation footage adds a view of the process behind the sculpture’s finished presence in the park.

Photography / 04

Recording scale and presence

At installation’s end, Giacomo Roggi makes the formal photographs intended for institutional communication and the press. This stage concentrates on the finished work and its relationship with the landscape of Villa Pisani.

Francesco Adreani films the sculpture clear of the installation crew and continues the backstage coverage while the photographic service takes place.

Social / 05

Introducing Ápeiron on social channels

Giulia Bidi develops social content from the vertical coverage: reels, promotional formats and interviews where appropriate. These accompany the formal images with material focused on the project and its production.
